She continuously strives to make her presence known to clients by displaying her attention to detail and overall respect for the client’s properties. She comes from a family entrenched in the local real estate industry and has 16 years of experience herself. Vanette joined Sea to Ski in late 2015 and brings her friendly demeanor and enthusiastic personality to an already skillful property management company. She embodies the adventurous spirit that she brings to both her personal and professional endeavors. She excels in implementing crucial systems that bolster company development, while expertly managing marketing and communications, employee resources, and overseeing enterprise technology.īeyond the office, Molly’s passion for outdoor pursuits remains an integral part of her life – skiing, climbing, mountain biking, or adventuring in the captivating Wasatch region and beyond. In early 2017, she joined the Sea to Ski team, where her ingenuity and commitment to company growth led her to carve out unique positions for herself. Molly has cultivated a progressive professional path, with a focus in the service industry, including outdoor recreation and dynamic event services. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Communications and Community Development from the University of Vermont, marking the beginning of a dynamic and purposeful career journey. Originally from Upstate New York, Molly’s love for mountain adventures began in the Adirondacks. He loves skiing, golfing, fly fishing, spending time with friends & family, and is a lifelong New England Patriots fan. Rufus now lives in Park City with his wife, Anna. Rufus also serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at the Frost Free Library, a library donated by his family to the town of Marlborough, NH in the mid-1800’s. Shortly after, Rufus moved to Boston, MA where he continued in consulting, working on a mix of technology, operations, and post-merger integration engagements for a mix of mid and large cap (Fortune 100) clients in sports & media, software, healthcare, and financial services. Rufus then moved to Chicago, IL and began his career in management consulting, focusing primarily on profit improvement for healthcare clients. After graduating from Park City High School, Rufus attended McGill University in Montreal, QC where he played Men’s Varsity Lacrosse and earned his degree in Psychology and Economics. Rufus Frost was born and raised in Park City, UT. They have two wonderful adult children, Allison and Cole. In the Spring of 2004, Charlie received his MBA at the University of Washington’s Executive MBA program and then teamed up with Dolphin Capital Group, a private equity firm based in Park City, Utah ( to launch Sea to Ski Premier Home Management ( Since the inception of the Park City operation, Sea to Ski has grown to additional locations in Telluride, Colorado Sun Valley, Idaho and looks to expand throughout resort communities in the Intermountain West and coastal communities of the Western U.S.Ĭharlie is married to his best friend and wife, Maura. Charlie guided Maskell-Robbins through the merger and remained as its president until the fall of 2004. In the fall of 1999, Maskell-Robbins completed a strategic acquisition and merged with Herning Enterprises. During his tenure at Maskell-Robbins, Charlie helped the business become the nation’s largest distributor of HDPE pipe, while maintaining the largest rental fleet of HDPE welding equipment in North America. Starting as a shop hand and field technician, Charlie worked his way through the ranks of the organization, where he became president of the company in 1998. After graduating from U of W, Charlie decided to make Maskell-Robbins his full time career. During his high school and college years, Charlie spent his summers working at Maskell-Robbins which was an industrial pipe distribution company started by his father in 1975. Originally from Seattle, Charlie attended and graduated from the University of Washington in 1985.
